I love how she looks so innocent yet threatening with the destroyed rabbit behind her. I also like the art style used, it really captures the unique and surreal feel of Disgaea that makes me love it so much.

I always read descriptions properly before commenting. Well, how could I know that the loading screens are that simple? You only mentioned that it is styled like a loading screen and as I never played that game I couldn't know.
